Cogniquity Let's talk

Strategic architects

We don't solve problems.
We architect the systems that make them irrelevant.

Cogniquity works upstream, on the way a company is designed, not downstream on the symptoms. Behind the scenes, by introduction.

Let's talk

02 · Where we work

“I know what we should be doing. I don't know why it isn't happening.”

When somebody comes to us, a partner, an advisor, a founder, that is usually how it starts. And the knot is almost never where they are looking for it: nobody inside a company sees it the way an outsider does. Not incompetence. Proximity.

That is why we work upstream. When a problem keeps coming back unchanged, with capable people and serious professionals on it, the cause isn't in the case at hand. It's in the way the system is built. We go after the cause, not the symptoms.

Discretion isn't a courtesy. It's a condition of the work.

03 · How we work

We change the question before we improve the answer.

We hold the question you arrived with open long enough to find out whether there is a better one. Then every conclusion is put to the test before it costs anything: what holds gets signed. What doesn't hold gets corrected while correcting is still cheap.

The method has a name, Strategic Systems Architecture, and a discipline we don't spell out in full. What you see are the artefacts it leaves behind.

  • Independent check

The last read before it goes out or goes to the board, by someone with no reason to flatter you.

  • Decision ledger

Every decision on record: positions, grounds, predictions. Then the outcomes. Judgment stops being a memory and becomes data.

  • Signed provenance

Proof of who saw what, when, and on what grounds. Cryptographically signed, verifiable by third parties, tamper-evident after the fact.

04 · Why this way

Thinking doesn't stop at the skull.

We call it distributed intelligence: the quality of a decision doesn't rest on the person making it alone, but on the structure around them. The questions put. The objections heard. The evidence kept. Structure produces behaviour. We design the structure.

So every decision we sit with leaves a lineage: who decided, on what grounds, what withstood the test. Measurable. Defensible before anyone entitled to ask: a board, a partner, a client, or yourself a year from now. And improvable, once the predictions meet the outcomes.

The studio

The world is full of problem solvers.

Temporary fixes applied to recurring issues: an exhausting cycle that never leads to durable growth. Cogniquity was born from a different premise.

We are not a traditional consulting firm: we are a boutique of systems architects. Our mission is not to patch leaks. It is to redesign the ship.

We analyse a company's invisible architecture, the network of incentives, processes, culture and technology, to find the causes that generate the symptoms. The outcome is not a report: it is a new operating model, and an advantage your competitors cannot understand. Therefore cannot copy.

What we are not.

  • We are not a software house with the strategy thrown in.
  • We are not an AI course wearing a premium badge.
  • We are not advisors turning out slides that nobody was ever going to implement.

We don't take your time: we make it more expensive.

One identity, two instruments.

Friction Report

The way in. An analysis run from the outside, through interviews with the owner and the people who matter: a clear picture of where the company bleeds energy, and where its own structure works against the goals it set itself. Quantifiable, before any intervention.

It isn't consulting. It isn't an audit. It's the visibility that was missing.

Let's talk

The platform

What stays installed once the project ends. The accountability layer for high-stakes decisions: independent check, decision ledger, signed provenance. You come in with a project. You stay with an infrastructure.

Terms are set case by case, against the real value of the work. Never off a price list.

We won't just tell you what to do. We'll help you become the one who can.

Let's talk

Let's talk.

People who end up here usually end up here because somebody told them about us. Write to us about the problem, not about the fix you already have in mind. The rest is a conversation.
