Cogniquity Ltd processes personal data collected through this site in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

What we collect
We only collect the data you give us voluntarily through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message. The fonts are hosted on our own servers, with no requests to third parties. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics: it loads only if you accept it from the banner, and loads nothing if you decline. Why we process it and on what basis
We use this data to reply to your enquiry and handle the conversation that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into any engagement. We do not use your data for marketing and do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who we share it with
To send and deliver the form emails we use Mailjet, a Sinch service, acting as our data processor and processing the data on infrastructure located in the European Union. Mailjet processes the data solely on our behalf and under our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form data for six months from receipt, unless the conversation leads to a relationship that requires keeping it longer. After that period we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@cogniquity.com. If you believe we handle your data improperly, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection authority, at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we process data, we will update this page. Analytics tools load only after you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the cookie policy.
